Contour Plasma Beveling

Contour plasma beveling makes angled cuts around part profiles and on internal cutouts to eliminate secondary machining or hand beveling.  Typical applications for contour bevel cutting are for weld seams and edge clearance issues in assemblies. 

Plasma bevel cutting is typically used to cut materials to 1 1/4 inches thick.  OMS also offers high-definition plasma bevel cutting which allows for similar tolerances in thicker materials.
