In honor of #NationalWeldingMonth, some of our very own team members have shared insights on their experience and advice for aspiring welders.
What aspects of your job are the most rewarding?
- The challenge of taking something on paper and turning it into a reality
- Building parts and seeing how they are used on a daily basis
- Creating something complex out of something simple
- The pay is pretty good being a welder

- Take your time and practice – practice makes perfect
