Kent Brown

President and CEO

Kent Brown is the President and Chief Executive Officer of O’Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Originally from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, he now lives in Trussville, Alabama. Before joining OMS, Kent spent 17 years in the iron foundry industry, starting as a Foundry Manager and later becoming Vice President and General Manager, overseeing operations in Texas, Alabama, and Utah. He began his career at OMS as General Manager of the Louisville, Kentucky facility. Soon after, he was promoted to President and CEO in 2017. In his role, Kent leads ten regional OMS fabrication locations across North America and manages the corporate headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. His leadership drives the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Russ Bagby

CHief Financial Officer

Russ Bagby is the Chief Financial Officer at O’Neal Manufacturing Services. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Russ earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, and his MBA from the University of Alabama. With over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, he started his career at an international public accounting firm before moving into the private sector. His broad background includes roles in manufacturing, the coal mining industry, a healthcare startup, and executive positions of Controller and Contract CFO. Russ joined O’Neal Steel in 2012 as General Accounting Manager and became CFO of O’Neal Manufacturing Services in the fall of 2016.

Anthony Davis

Director of Information TECHNOLOGY

Anthony Davis is the Director of Information Technology at O’Neal Manufacturing Services. He earned a Systems Security Practitioner Certification and a degree in computer science from Jefferson State Community College. Anthony has dedicated over 25 years to the steel industry, working in various roles including warehouse operations, inventory management, technology, security, infrastructure, and IT operations before joining O’Neal Manufacturing Services in the fall of 2025. He currently oversees the implementation, support, and procurement of business applications, infrastructure services, and electronic devices for OMS. Anthony lives in Birmingham, Alabama.

Amy Gartman

Director of Human Resources

Amy Gartman is the Director of Human Resources at O’Neal Manufacturing Services. An Alabama native, Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montevallo and holds certifications in Associate in Management (AIM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Amy spent over 20 years working in human resources at State Farm Insurance and Financial Services before joining O’Neal Manufacturing Services as Director of Human Resources in 2017. She now leads the company’s organizational development, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership training, and planning processes.

Danny Owens

Director of Supply Chain Management

Danny Owens is the Director of Supply Chain Management at O’Neal Manufacturing Services. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Danny graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. With four decades of experience in the metals industry, he has held various roles in sales, operations, and product management before stepping into his current position at OMS in 2016. As Director of Supply Chain Management, Danny oversees the coordination of sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery for the company’s manufacturing processes.

Michael Richey

Director of Sales and Marketing

Michael Richey is the Director of Sales and Marketing at O’Neal Manufacturing Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Business Administration from Auburn University and has 20 years of experience in commercial growth, procurement, and leasing within the transportation and fabrication industries. A native of Pell City, Alabama, Michael joined the supply chain department of O’Neal Manufacturing Services in 2017. He was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in 2019 and currently oversees the company’s business development and marketing efforts, formulating sales growth strategies and cultivating key customer partnerships.
