Step-By-Step Bracket Fabrication Process

To begin the fabrication process, steel parts are laser cut to our customers’ exact specifications. Laser cutting provides superior accuracy and clean edges, which are crucial for the intricate designs and shapes required in RV brackets. This method ensures that each piece fits perfectly into the assembly, reducing the need for additional adjustments and ensuring a seamless fit within the vehicle’s framework.

Following the laser cutting, the steel pieces are formed into the required shapes. This step ensures the steel is bent at precise angles, ensuring the brackets can support the specific loads and stresses they will encounter. We provide manual, robotic-assist, and CNC metal forming and bending services. Our equipment, experience, and process control equal unrivaled formability and repeatability to meet customer expectations every time.

The formed pieces are then welded together, either manually or with robotic welders, to create a strong and cohesive structure. Robotic technology scans, positions, and welds parts in a repetitive, uninterrupted workflow. Certified welders and welding inspectors ensure steel parts are well-made, tested, and structurally sound.

Finally, the brackets undergo a powder coating process, which involves applying a dry powder paint that is then cured under heat. This coating provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that not only enhances the appearance of the brackets but also extends their lifespan by protecting them from the elements and road conditions typically encountered by recreational vehicles.
