O’Neal Manufacturing Services’ west Alabama fabrication plant specializes in repetitive parts production for large original equipment manufacturers and contractors. Located in the town of Fayette, the Alabama fabricator currently serves customers in the material handling, racking, truck & trailer, industrial, and construction industries.
OMS – Fayette features a robotic beam line for structural steel fabrication. The PythonX®, makes quick work of beams, channels, angle iron, square and rectangular HSS, flat bars, strip plates, and stair stringers. CNC beam drilling processes large and small shaped rolled sections and beams from structural steel plates.
Cutting and forming lines at the Fayette facility include a plasma table with automatic nesting and advanced torch height control, a high-performance fiber laser for exceptional part accuracy, an 8000# hydraulic miter and saw cutting machine, as well as a 12’ CNC press brake.
OMS Fayette offers a large number of manual and robotic welding stations and can alleviate high-labor weldment bottlenecks for its OEM customers.
