OMS Greensboro is excited to announce that Bay 7 has earned the 2024 Golden Broom Award! This recognition highlights the exceptional safety practices and housekeeping upheld by the team, who have demonstrated a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The Golden Broom Award is a weekly initiative that inspects our Greensboro facility, rewarding team members who excel in housekeeping and safety. The criteria for winning consist of the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the efficient application of no-touch tools, and the upkeep of a clean work area.
Each month, the bay with the most wins enjoys a token of appreciation, and at the end of the year, the bay with the most wins is celebrated with lunch, bragging rights, and exclusive T-shirts!
